We can write 95% of the facility’s operating procedures without help from the Ops on site. We can sit at the HMI, grab our print screens (without knocking anything down) and get most of the information for the remaining 5% without help. Then, when we have most of the information we need, we’ll communicate with your Lead Operator or Facility Operator and collect the remaining data we need. We then take the information and photos we have gathered, return to our head office and create a comprehensive GOP and SSOP manual for your facility within a few weeks.
